Regular Orders
We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel an order.
- Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once your order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may qualify for a return or refund under our Returns Policy.
- To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kausay.com with your order details. We will do our best to assist you promptly.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, your orders are automatically scheduled based on the delivery frequency and duration you select at checkout.
- Payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless prepaid.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew. To avoid renewal, you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
- To modify or cancel your subscription, use the links provided in your order confirmation email or access your account on our website.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to secure upcoming or currently out-of-stock products.
- Depending on the product, payment may be collected in full, as a deposit, or not at all until the product is ready for shipment.
- You can cancel any pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
- Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may qualify for a refund through our Returns Policy.
