A melatonin mouth spray with 10 active ingredients — including Ashwagandha, GABA, Valerian, Lemon Balm, and Passion Flower. Designed to support your body's natural transition toward sleep.

How does it work?
The spray format delivers ingredients directly through the mouth's mucosal membranes — no water, no swallowing, no waiting for digestion.

What's inside?
Melatonin (3 mg) · Ashwagandha · Valerian · Passion Flower · Lemon Balm · Hops · GABA · L-Tryptophan · Vitamin B6 (82% DV) · Zinc (14% DV). Sweetened with stevia. Zero sugar.

How do I use it?
Shake gently. Spray six times under the tongue or inside the cheek, 20–30 minutes before sleep. One serving = 6 sprays = 3 mg melatonin. Use at bedtime only. Do not exceed one serving per day.

How long does one bottle last?
41 servings per bottle — over five weeks of nightly use.
