Refund policy

At Kausay, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be requested before sending any items back.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Email hello@kausay.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions and a return address if approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@kausay.com, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact hello@kausay.com.

Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or where Kausay is responsible for an order error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for standard returns:

  • Opened or used supplements, except where defective or incorrect.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase, except where required by law.

International Consumer Rights

If Kausay ships to customers in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer cancellation rights, those rights will be honored in accordance with applicable law and will take precedence over any conflicting terms above.
